Art is a member of ASMP and PPA and has been a professional photographer for more than 25 years, focusing on commercial and architectural photography-and other complex lighting situations-as well as innovative portraiture. He gives top-flight attention to his clients' specific needs, challenges and deadlines.

AWARDS

Starting in the 1981 "Photographers Forum" national collegiate contest and continuing in more recent years, Art has won multiple awards in the professional division of the Dallas Business Journal's OMOT metroplex contest. Not limited to simply asthetic subjects, Art won Photo of the Year from the Dallas Fort Worth Association of Black Communicators for his coverage of small-town churches grappling with race.

EXPERT COMMUNICATOR

Beyond his own work in photography, Art has led workshops for local and national audiences. These have included several national editors conferences and the Central Dallas Downtown Summer Camp, and teaching individuals both beginning and advanced photographic techniques.
